OUR dressmaking lessons have so often been intended for mother herself that we quite overlook the fact that the “little woman” in her teens—even so few as fourteen of them—can be such a wonderful help to mother, if she will but try to do some of her own sewing. I earnestly wish to encourage her in this, so have selected one of the smartest little frocks, one so easy to make that I know many a “little woman” will fairly jump at the chance to go forth clad in something made all by her own self.
